Sea Pines Junior Heritage
Sea Pines Resort on Hilton Head Island, SC
The Top Merit Point Earner in the Boys 15-19 Division will qualify for the Junior Heritage Classic. Past winners include Ty Tryon, Sean O'Hair, and Charles Howell III. The winner of the Junior Heritage Classic receives an exemption into the Player's Amateur.
Callaway Junior World Golf Championships
Qualifying for this event takes place at the IJGT Tour Championship for those competing in the Older Age Divisions. Players must be between15-17 years of age, must compete in the older age division (Boys 16-19 Division, Girls 15-19 Division) and must have a 3-day total score better than +10. The top two players that have the lowest score amongst all the qualifying competitors and meet the aforementioned specifications will qualify for the Callaway Junior World Golf Championships.
Past tournament champions include names like Tiger Woods, Notah Begay III, Phil Mickelson, Billy Mayfair, Corey Pavin, Craig Stadler, Heather Farr, Lorena Ochoa and Jennifer Rosales.
