IJGT Hosts Summer Series Event at Dolphin Head Golf Club
(Hilton Head Island, S.C.) - On July 16-17, 2012, The International Junior Golf Tour (IJGT) will host the second and final Summer Series event at Dolphin Head Golf Club. The Summer Series events are open to all juniors across the world ages 9-19. The tournament entry fee includes one practice round and two tournament rounds, as well as registration gifts that players typically receive at IJGT events.

Dolphin Head Golf Club is located inside the legendary Hilton Head Plantation. This Gary Player design winds through tall oaks and by the Port Royal Sound to create quite a challenge for all skill levels. Being true to a Gary Player design, there are over 50 bunkers and undulating greens to test even the best junior golfers in the area.
With a competitive field heading to Dolphin Head the limelight will be on few up and coming talented golfers. Anthony Hunter of Palm Coast, Fla., will be competing in the Boys 14 & Under Division and will be shooting for his first IJGT victory. After finishing tied for second place at Falcon's Fire Golf Club in September of 2011, Hunter will be looking to make an impact at this event.
In the Girls Division, Fatin Amin of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, will be the junior to watch at this upcoming event. With four Top-15 finishes in the 2011-2012 IJGT Season. Fatin will be trying to get her first Top-3 finish with the IJGT.
The Summer Series has been a big success for the IJGT this summer, as both events brought together some of the best talent in junior golf from around the world. The first tee time for the IJGT Junior at Dolphin Head will be at 12:30 p.m. on Monday, July 16, 2012.
