Philly Challenge at White Manor first-round highlights – Walker, Rucinski & Dougherty lead their divisions

The IJGT’s second stop of the Northeast Tour took place at White Manor Country Club as they hosted the Philly Challenge. The course was in great condition and temperatures reached up into the 60’s for Round One. The field of 87 golfers took to the course to compete for IJGT Merit Points, AJGA Performance Stars and national rankings, as well as an invite to IJGT’s Bridgestone Tournament of Champions to be played at Grand Cypress Resort on May 24-26, 2014. The numbers for the division leaders are as follows:

In the Girls Division, Brynn Walker of St. Davids, Pa., is leading after the first round with a score of 72. Here are her numbers for Round One:

11 – total pars made on the day

3 – number of birdies on the day

1 – number of strokes over par

 

In the Boys 15-19 Division, Ryan Rucinski of Wilmington, Del., is leading his division finishing Round One with a score of 74. Here are his numbers from Round One:

4 – number of players within three strokes of Rucinski’s score

3 – number of strokes over par

3 – number of birdies on the day

1 – first IJGT event this season

 

In the Boys 14 & Under Division, Danny Dougherty of Wilmington, Del., is leading his division with a score of 82. His Round One numbers were:

9 – total pars made on the day

3 – his third IJGT event this season

2 – his number of Top-3 finishes through two events this season

1 – stroke lead in the division after Round One
